Mixpanel was set up with myself and one of the developers in order to understand users actions and create data-driven solutions and results.

It was clear that we had an issue with users not getting past the Sign-In page. This meant that we were able to focus our efforts on fixing this issue.

We identified at this point in the design that some users were not understanding how they could progress through the design.

In order to fix the user experience there was a focus on simplifying the design in order to allow users to understand the process.

In this example if the user had both a crypto wallet extension then they were only prompted to create their accounts using this method and the option of signing up with Email was very small and not very inviting to our users.

In order to allow our users to have a clearer user journey I was able to change the design so that it was more obvious to the users that they could sign up with either a crypto wallet extension or using their emails.
